Home Buying Process

Buying a home is both an exciting and a stressful experience.

Although your first impulse may be to start looking for homes right away, it is better to do a little preparation first. This will save you time in the long run and make the process a little less overwhelming.

The home buying process can be broken down to basic 9 steps:
  1. Background research
  2. Select your REALTOR
  3. Select your Lender (get pre-approved for a loan)
