This information is available to the public through the appropriate authority, whether the zoning and planning board, local or state highway department, or other governing body of the area.
While real estate agents may be aware of information which has been published, it is not within the scope of the real estate agent's expertise to maintain databases or files which cover all available information.
The buyer should contact the appropriate governing authority to satisfy him or herself as to the information he or she seeks.
