Buyer's Notice Regarding Public Information
A real estate agent provides many services to a buyer in the search for and identification of a property to purchase. But, the scope of the information which a real estate agent typically provides is not unlimited.
In particular, there are certain types of public information which are beyond the scope of the typical information which a real estate agent might be expected to provide in a transaction. Buyers should seek out this information from the appropriate public sources and not rely on the real estate agent to provide this information, analyze this information, or comment on the effect of this information.
