Psychologically Impacted Properties
"Psychologically Impacted Properties" refers to properties in which or on which events may have occurred which do not affect the physical condition of the property.
Examples of these events may include suicides, murders, or other felonies which have occurred on or in a property.
Missouri state law specifically provides that a real estate agent is not required to disclose whether these events occurred on a property. If buyers desire this type of information, they should seek it directly from the current property owner.
